Archival of reports with downloaded dates for future access

We are looking for a way to have reports downloaded / archived somewhere on application and have those archived reports listed along with their dates, so that user can access each of those reports whenever needed to check for the information available on reports/system by the time when report was executed.
Use Case and Business Need
Hi,
Currently we don't have history tables for OP details in Incentive Compensation Cloud Module. Due to this, when ever a change happens on OP, we are not able to track this.
So, we are looking for a way to track this through reports. So say, a report was executed to get OP details on system by January. It would give as existing OP information from the system by the time of execution.
Next, OP undergoes some changes, and after that when reports is executed it would give us the updated information. Here, no where we get to see the initial OP setup.
We are looking for a way to have the downloaded reports archived some where on application and have those listed along with their dates, so that user can access each of the downloaded reports and check for the OP information that was on system by then.
