BICC - View Only role

I need your help regarding BIACM Admin role. So far this is the only role which provides access on BICC Console.

This is a very powerful role and provide access to make changes. We are looking for a “view only” role to access BICC console. This role would be assigned to developers in test and prod instance.

I had opened an SR (SR 3-29086693271) in the past regarding this but did not get any solution. Could you please help us on this?
