BICC JOBS SCHEDULE EXTRACTING BLANK DATA TO OBJECT STORAGE

I have created a Job in BICC and schedule a data extraction on houraly basis which will extract the data from BICC to bucket :
In case after one hour there is no records updated in the source system but still a blank file is created in Object storage . is there any wasy we can restrict the file creation in OS bucket in case there is no new record is avilbale in source .
