How to configure LDAP for BI

Hi, I'm very new to BI.

working with BI Publisher 12.2.

I'm wondering how to configure LDAP for BI. The docs states that the LDAP Admin must be a member of XMLP_ADMIN group.

what is this ?

where and how can one add members to this group ?

Did anybody know a good video which can give me an overview over BI Publisher administration ?
