Option to restrict drilling on OBIEE

In OBIEE answers analytics it would be helpful if there were an option to disable drilling in level based hierarchies where levels that have already been expanded once. Currently if the user drills down a hierarchy made up of Country->Region->Province->City at every level of the drill down process it is possible to drill at any level of detail. While this may be useful in general it would be nice to be able to limit the drilling on levels that have already been "drilled".
