Currently by design Project Billing - Funding Real Time subject area will have data pjb_cntrct_proj_links.version_type is 'C' indicates Current version. The Funding metrics is using version_type as ‘C’ only irrespective of status, ideally funding metrics should look for Active contracts and not version type. Due to this we are getting the amount for contracts which are under amendment instead of Active contracts
