    You can try the following:

    Navigate to BI > Open the folders containing the reports and prompts > click on More Archive > Select both check-boxes Keep Timestamps, Keep Permissions> Click on OK.

    This will generate the ARCHIVE catalog file, now Unarchive the same in the required location

    I agree with @SantoshKumarB .....

    Ensure your source and destination folder locations are the same.

    That is how we do it. Our Catalog folder structure within /shared/custom is identical between our PODs. We put each type of object in their own folder (e.g., "Analyses", "Prompts", "BIP", "DM", etc.) and always migrate to the appropriate destination folder.

    By doing this, the dashboard links remain unbroken after migration and still "point" to the object(s) they need.
