Add a subject area for Lease Accounting

We'd like to consider implementing Oracle Fusion Financial Lease Accounting. However, we have the need to create custom reports. Without the presence of a seeded OTBI subject area, we'd like to request a new subject area(s) be created in FAW for Lease Accounting.
