What are the BICC PVO Extract Needed for Listed App Fusion Tables

We are using Cloud Fusion Applications and need to find a way to to extract the following listed tables from Fusion to team's Data Store. We have been using BICC PVOs to provide single table extracts and was unable to locate for the following listed tables. Are there recommended PVOs that provide the closest extracts with the least amount of filters/joins to get to the single table.

PVO extract needed for the following fusion tables:

PO_DISTRIBUTION_ARCHIVE_ALL

PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL

PO_LINES_ARCHIVE_ALL

PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ARCHIVE_ALL
