Is there any user entity available to get Payroll Balance details ?

I am looking for an user entity which is used to fetch all the balance details that is, balance dimension and balance feed details. Is there any user entity? Please suggest.

If you have a 'user entity' on the transactional side that can fetch all the payroll balance details, the same should be possible on the FAW side.
