BIP: Change algorithms for SFTP connection

Hi,

Currently we only have these 2 algorithms ssh-dss and ssh-rsa for SFTP connection in BIP.

Would be it possible to manage other algorithms like ha2-256,rsa-sha2-512,ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 or ecdsa-sha2-nistp38 because the most of customers are using these algorithms now?

For example, we have tried to set up an SFTP connection to Azur SFTP and we have been unable to connect from BIP because Azur is using ha2-256,rsa-sha2-512,ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 or ecdsa-sha2-nistp38 algorithms which is not supported in BIP.
