OFSAAI post install database server details save

After clicking on save, in system configuration> server details > Database server . The below prompt in revelusstartup console  is not coming and also I have started the infrastructure server in foreground mode and the the details are not saving .can any suggest me how to save these details.

123.45.678 is currently unknown to the system

“Always” should be entered when prompted and Save operation will complete

The above is not appearing in the reveleusstartup console.
