Need assistance to restrict users from editing and deleting BI reports by using custom roles

I have created 3 roles for accessing different departments,
SBC_HR_Reports_Access - copied from Human Capital Management Application Administrator - for accessing human capital management folder
SBC_FIN_Reports_Access - copied from Financial Analyst - for accessing financial folder
SBC_PRO_Reports_Access - copied from Procurement Application Administrator - for accessing purchasing folder
I assign SBC_PRO_Reports_Access role to user (Lissette’s user) in non-PROD for testing and she can only see Purchasing document in a custom folder and doesn’t have access to the Human Capital Management and Financials folder.
I did changes to the properties for each role but still, it is not restricted to delete/update the file. I have added only read permission to the role
Thank you.

Hi @Dhanashri Mugal,
You can go to More -- Permission on the Folders/reports and add those roles and assign the relevant permissions.
Fusion Applications OBIEE : How do we manage permissions on a BI Catalog folder in order to make custom content available to end users ? (Doc ID 1943592.1)
Thanks,
Praveen
