Turnover Report Calculation/Field

I need help to identify a measure or a field calculation that uses both Active and LOA assignment statuses for period headcount.

The columns being used are: Team Member ID, Voluntary Termiation Headcount, Involuntary Termination Headcount, Calendar Year.

Can you provide more details on what product you using and if possible an example of what you want to achieve?

Hi Ezequiel - No, it is not payroll related. It is to determine the calculation for turnovers on the property side. The current report does not include LOA TMs as active. So, they are removed from the calculation - when they should still be included. We looking for a field/ or formula to include them in the count.
