OBIEE - Excel Export Error

Hi ,

I am getting error in the report export . i am seeing "Error generating document:" in the excel ,


when i checked in saw log , i found this error

    Hi,

    With errors involving .cpp files, there generally isn't much that can be debugged...

    Did you apply all the available patches for your environment? Did you search in My Oracle Support (https://support.oracle.com/) for something similar?
