We require improved correlation between request and response for OCI DIAG logs

When attempting to validate if OCI DIAG logs currently constitute a working replacement for current UT tables (NQ_ACCT and NQ_ACCT_DB) we came across the problem that we are unable to correlate the request portion of the logical query to the response for both the logical and physical queries.

More specifically we are unable to use the ECID column to JOIN request to response.

In addition to the above topic we have no available data related to initblock.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The business need for replacing existing UT functionality with OCI logs stems from the fact OCI logs have additional data not found in UT logs, specifically info on failed DATAFLOWS and full information regarding exporting from DV.

The solution to raise an ER was proposed by the support engineers assigned to our Support tickets listed below.
