W_EMPLOYEE_D vs W_HR_PERSON_D and W_HR_PERSON_LEG_D

Hi All,

What is the difference between W_EMPLOYEE_D and W_HR_PERSON_D, These both almost look like having same information, What is the significance of having two tables and why is that W_HR_PERSON_D is  mainly used in HR subject areas only.

Also, i see the person related attributes are spread across W_HR_PERSON_D and W_HR_PERSON_LEG_D, what is W_HR_PERSON_LEG_D specially for.

I went through the DMR guide, there is not much described about W_HR_PERSON_D and W_HR_PERSON_LEG_D. Kindly help me understand.
