Securing PO Data Access for Project Community

Hi

We have a requirement that the project manager and project coordinators should be able to run a report listing all their purchase orders. If I give them access to the purchase order OTBI duty role then they will be able to access all the purchase orders. What is the best way to implement the security so that they should only be able to access purchase orders raised for their project ?

P.S. : Purchase orders can be raised by anyone, not necessarily by the project manager.
