Adding a parameter at performance document level

Hi Team,

We are trying to add a parameter to the report (which renders performance rating information of the employee) and attaching it to the instruction of a questionnaire.

Our expectation was as soon as the manager accesses that report, it should open up and show the data only of that particular employee for whom evaluation is being done. However that is not happening. It either shows performance rating of all the employees reporting to him/her or if we make certain modification, then manager has to insert a person number/name/id to review their information.

Request your input if anyone has ever worked on such requirement.
