OAS DV Export Options

Question

Hi Gurus,

I wonder something about OAS DV export options. I created a workbook containing 7  canvases. When I click to export button, there are some options to export these pages. But I need to export these pages in an excel file to 7 different sheets. Does the application support this feature? As I see, there is no excel option, only csv but it can export only active page. Do you know details about this issue?

Hi Dilek,

Export to Excel feature in OAS DV is not available. There is currently an idea in the Idea Lab to request this feature:

In OAS DV, export to CSV will export the Active Visual, either in Visualize or Present tabs.

For multiple pages export (this applies to both OAS DV and OAC DV), you can use Export to Powerpoint and PDF which will export:

- All Canvas, Active Canvas or Active Visual in Visualize tab.

- All Store Pages, Active Page or Active Visual in Present tab.

Additionally, export to Excel feature in OAC DV is available and in preview mode. For the moment it only exports tables and pivot tables:

In OAC DV, both export to Excel and to CSV will export the Active Visual, either in Visualize or Present tabs.
