Request to enable the feature for migration of a single BICC offering export.

Currently for migrating BICC offerings from one instance to other we have to export Customization that migrates all the existing offerings irrespective of any change. This affects the existing changes if done in other instance when imported. So there should be a feature to enable a single offering migration/export option. So the migration only modified offerings or new offerings can be done.
