Learning -Ad hoc access groups are storing as "ACTIVE" status in BIP table even deleting using UI.

Hi Team,
Learning tables are storing all the ad hoc access group created as ACTIVE in "WLF_LI_AG_RELATIONS_F" table even though Learning admin deleting user ad hoc access group from UI.
The behavior for Local and Global access group is working as expected once they are deleted from UI the table "WLF_LI_AG_RELATIONS_F" removing all deleted entries from table. But for ad hoc group it is not working as expected. We don't have all the columns related to access group in OTBI subject area so to develop the report we need to take route of BIP tables only.
Please help on getting correct Active ad hoc access group sync to BIP tables entries.
