In FAW visual, right click Add Statistics/Reference Line, the Reference accepts only manually entered constant.
It would add a real value if the Reference accepts any Fact or Calculation. This way we may visualize a Target to reach as a factual value from, say, Corporate level, or any other variable value to compare:
