Coupons stuck on orders with declined payment

Hello
We have identified a case where we think there is a need for an implementation to fix it.
This occurs where coupons that are created to be used once and are applied to a sale that is not completed cannot be used a second time by the same user.
Look at the following situation:
User enters the coupon and when making payment with the credit card, enters the wrong number on the card due to lack of attention and submits the purchase. This purchase will be renewed or cancelled, with the coupon provided linked to it. If the user tries to make the purchase again and uses the same coupon, it will no longer be accepted, returning the message "It is not possible to grant this coupon/this promotion because you have already used it." error code: "28326" on endpoint call

We would like a correction to be made available and this message to stop being generic to point out the purchase for which the coupon was used and only take into account sales that were not cancelled.
