In the AOR Subject Area, why is my Last Update Date and Last Updated By values being overwritten?

I am unsure as to why the Last Update Date and Last Updated By values are being overwritten in my OTBI report. My AORs are still assigned correct, it just appears that all AORs updated previous to 08/19/2023 have been overwritten with the values shown below:

Last Update Date: 08/19/2023

Last Updated By: aor_usage_bpad_13408

These two fields are the only two appearing to be affected by this.

I am confused as to why this is reporting this way - hoping someone can help me understand/fix this issue because this data is good for historical purposes. Attached is a screenshot.

Just an assumption, we had an issue with AOR and Oracle mentioned that they added a new filed in the Table called "USAGE" And to populate this they suggested a Process. We can the process and this field is populated. With the Last updated by as "aor_usage_bpad_13408"

Note: The reason I asked is because for us some AOR is showing as "Inactive" and the last updated by is showing as "aor_usage_bpad_13408". And we suspect that when we ran the process it checked the existing data and for some reason based on the data it made some AOR as "Inactive"

    Thanks for your response

  • Hi, this thread is the only answer when looking for aor_usage_bpad_13408

I saw it by accident: we've also got a mass update of AoRs with that user performed 2023/09/15, 21:24 UTC. That's a Friday night, consistent with a Oracle patch.

2023/08/19 in the OP is a saturday, but time or region of the pod are not pointed out.
