Oracle Fusion OTBI > Ability to Rotate Rows Into Columns

Hello,

We would like to design a report where the columns ‘Date’, ‘Time Entry Start Date and Time’, and ‘Time Entry End Date and Time’ are rotated. Please find below screenshots

We have tried to design the same report on OTBI using Pivot table, dragging the column ‘Time Entry End Date and Time’ into the Measures; however, it does not work. Any idea ?
