Can we create a custom menu in home page under Analytics to add a custom infolets?

Hi,

As of my understanding, we can add a custom infolets in the existing seeded infolets menu, but we have requirement to create a custom menu (refer the highlighted area in snapshot where we want to create a new menu), to add new infolets. However, I haven't found any way to create a custom menu. Is there anyway to create a custom menu?

Note: If you can't find the Create Infolet menu item, it means you can't create infolets for this page.
