New flag field which uses the Federal Ethnicity code to classify race and ethnicity categories

This new attribute would follow the IPEDS standard reporting guidelines to condense and clarify race and ethnicity data. If an individual selects 'I am Hispanic or Latino' then 'Hispanic' shows up in this field no matter what else is marked off. If an individual selects more than one race then 'Two or more races' is what will show up in the field. This solves the current reporting issue where if an individual selects more than one race, each race shows up in a new line which leads to inaccurate reporting.
The IPEDS reporting standard is what is used by Higher Education institutions to classify data so this new attribute would be highly beneficial for many fellow FAW users. The new attribute would eliminate the need for the complex SQL queries we currently use for our reports.

I have a similar reporting challenge when working on other federal reports, like EEO-1. It would be great if Race was just a separate attribute & then ethnicity said "Two or More Races" if you selected more than 1 option in the ethnicity section.
The fact that we need custom logic to get this outcome leads to limits on the ability to provide easy quick reporting on ethnicity which I report on regularly for diversity initiatives.
