OTBI Agent fails while adding application roles in recipients

I've created an analysis which gives a list of contracts which will expire in certain day span and for that the report will burst every day on schedule.

The requirement is to burst those reports to all the users with specific roles : sales representative , sales manager and sales administrator. 

The agent is working fine when we add a direct E-mail or Users but the agent is failing when I try to add roles in the recipients.

Below is the error:
