The table used in the Change History using custom objects.

Question

We are using custom objects in the system and there is a Change History tab to audit the changes that happened on each custom objects. Is there a way to know the table name of the Change History? so that we call it it the Data model query and used that values ? Thank you!

In UI, we have a Change History tab for custom object that looks like this, would you know the Fusion table to check this on backend as I will be needing the Field values in it. Thanks!

Which tab history  are you looking , can you share me some screenshot for navigation as we have history for DA , semantic model..etc.
