One of the users is unable to unfavorite the already favorited subject areas in data visualizer. Is anyone facing the same issue and if yes, can anyone provide insight into what might be going on?

Did the user try different browsers to see if same issue in different browsers? Also did he try clear the browser cache and logout OAS and login back to check?

Thanks for your prompt response! The user clears the browser cache every time she closes the browser. However, she hasn't tried replicating the action on different browser. I will ask the user to check and will let you know
You could try stopping the managed server and then moving the managed server tmp directory ($DOMAIN_HOME/servers/bi_server1/tmp) to another location or renaming it. That will trigger a redeployment of the analytics application. Start the managed server, clear your browser cache again and test.

Does Oracle Analytics Server 2026 include AI features such as a built-in chatbot or AI Assistant? If not, are there any plans or indications that these AI capabilities will be introduced in a future OAS release?
