We have customize the BI report notification in test, dev and PROD .

 Its working as expected only in Test , but in Dev and Prod it's not working as expected .

Referred the below document. Adding some steps which we followed.

Fusion HCM BIP Notifications: Best Practice to Customize the Report Template, Data Model or Sub-Template (Doc ID 2647434.1)

Then navigate to Manage Administrator Profile Values and set these profile values as below:

  BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME ==> set it to 15

  BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME_HCM ==> set it to 15

 Then perform these steps:

 A. Log into BI as a BI Administrator user

 B. Go to Navigator -> Report & Analytics -> Browse Catalog -> Open a new link -> Go to Administration

 C. Click on Reload Files and Metadata and wait until the message "Reloading, please wait..." disappear

 D. Click on Issue SQL. Paste below text and execute: Call SAPurgeAllCache(); 

 E. Go again to Administration and click on Manage BI Publisher -> Manage Cache and click on "Clear object cache"

 F. Clear the browser cache

Kindly Help Us to resolve ASAP.
