Resource/Service Principal support for Storage and Auth payloads for Snapshot APIs

Hi Team

For security & compliance  reason we(OCI HORIZON team) are advised to get rid all the local users, but currently OAC snapshot/appmodule APIs only support user principal for Storage and Auth payloads. This is a major blocker for our automated snapshot/appmodule deployment  process. Can you please provide support for Resource/Service Principal .
