Please let us know from where the report is being exported. Is it from Analytics, DV or BI Publisher? So, that we can suggest accordingly.

This should be possible with BI Report as well. Please share a screen shot showing how your content shows in BI Report and also are you using Export > Formatted option or Data option. Kindly confirm.
