How to create an RTF Template

Hi all

I've tried to create a RTF template but I have a problem with the first step about the guide. I don't understand what  it means " To obtain the sample XML file, submit a transaction after configuring all the required flexfield attributes and approvals enabled".  What kind of transaction?

From the screen shot it appears you are using OTBI BI Publisher. This community is specifically for standalone BI Publisher and OBIEE OAS integrated BI Publisher. Posting this in OTBI community might help in getting better responses. Kindly consider posting this thread there as well. Thanks!
