not able to login into analytics

Dear Experts,

I had to reset weblogic password. I done it via WLS script.

After that I have started to recreate BISystemUser following article: https://jyotithakur.wordpress.com/2014/03/28/obiee-11g-bisystem-user-role-got-deleted/

at the end I setup username and password in oracle.bi.system -> system.user.

Restarted all servers and still get an error:
