Not getting email from BI Agent

Hi Team,

I have created a BI Agent using a condition, have selected an analysis in the condition section of the agent, analysis is basically giving the results of controls and incidents and respective investigators for the incidents.

And in the recipients tab have enabled the 'Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition' checkbox under Use Analysis and have selected the investigator column from the analysis.

the end goal is to send email notifications to the user present in the investigator column in the analysis.

but when i am running the agent no email is being sent and it is showing invalid subscribers skipped. have attached the screenshot of the waring after running the agent.

can anyone help me with this. Any help from the team will be appreciated.

Hi @Sourav Bose Is it the Investigation Stakeholder that you want to email to? In that case, use the following column in your analysis - "Incident Investigation Stakeholder"."Email"
