When you add or delete a page while editing a dashboard, the entire dashboard AUTO-SAVES. This is an unannounced and undocumented change in behavior from prior releases.
Use Case and Business Need:
OTBI authors often rely on the temporary aspect of editing an OTBI object. If a mistake is made, they can simply exit to the catalog without saving (as is the case with prompts, analyses, etc.). Oracle has somehow changed this behavior when adding/deleting dashboard pages.
Oracle needs to restore this to the former behavior which is in line with all other objects in OTBI.
