How to setup Excel table for RTF template so that the cursor goes to next row on pressing Tab

RTF Template when generated in Excel output doesn't have accessibility option such as cursor going to the next row in the Table on clicking Tab on reaching end of the table row. The cursor keeps going till the end of the excel even when the table created has ended.

Eg:

1. Table is created in RTF Template

2. Report is run and generated in excel output from BI Publisher

3. Excel output contains Table from column A to C and has 19 rows.

4. On selecting cell in row 2, column A and pressing Tab from keyboard the tab goes until the end of the entire row instead of stopping at column C where the table ends and automatically going to the next row, i.e., row 3, column A

Ideally, on pressing tab the cursor should go to the next row (3,then 4, then 5 etc) after reaching the end of the table column C.

We have to inculcate Accessibility in all the reports, however with RTF Templates being generated in Excel, this issue is occurring. How do we setup Excel tables for RTF templates.
