How to remove setting icon from BI report

We've created a BI reports and granted all users access to run them.
However, an issue arises when users run the reports: there's a settings icon on the right side that grants privileges such as sending, scheduling jobs, etc., which we wish to restrict.
Please see the attached screenshot with the marked yellow area.
Kindly advise if this can be resolved.

Hi @ISHWTW
Thank you for visiting and posting in Fusion Analytics Warehouse(FAW) Product Community Page.
If your question is regarding FAW / OAC Classic home, you can check options available in Administration --> Manage Privilege page:
- Log in to Oracle Analytics Server with Administrator privileges.
- Select the Administration link to display the Administration page.
- Select the Manage Privileges link.
- Select a link for a particular privilege to display the Privilege <Privilege name> dialog.
- Click the Add users/roles icon (+) to display the Add Application Roles and Users dialog.
In case OTBI also it should be same, if not please reach out to OTBI Community for more details.
Thanks

Hi @ISHWTW
Are you looking to remove the settings option completely while running the report during online mode? Can you confirm your question/requirement?

Hi @ISHWTW
We don't have any option only applicable for 1 report. If you using Enterprise version, You can refer below options to control the toolBar mode options.
Configure Advanced Options (oracle.com) -->Analytics Publisher Reporting Toolbar Mode
Configures an alternate toolbar for pixel-perfect reports that are included in a dashboard.
- 1 — Doesn't display a toolbar for pixel-perfect reports.
- 2 — Displays the URL to the report without the logo, toolbar, tabs, or navigation path.
- 3 — Displays the URL to the report without the header or any parameter selections. Controls such as Template Selection, View, Export, and Send are still available.
- 4 — Displays the URL to the report only. No other page information or options are displayed.
- 6 — Displays parameter prompts for the report in a toolbar.
Regards,
Arjun
