Apart from decks, kpi and dashboard, can a report be generated in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse?

It really depends on what you mean by a report. The OAC component of FAW has the classic part for analyses and dashboards; Oracle Analytics Publisher is used for pixel perfect reporting and Data Visualisation is used for creating self serve workbooks. FAW should allow you to do all the above.
