Line text attachment suddenly can't be printed on PO PDF after 24A is applied

Our PO pdf could print line text attachment properly before 24A is applied.

Our data model is using FA_UCM_CUSTOM. However once 24A is applied the line text attachment is missing on PO pdf.

Does anyone help ? please share your suggestion.
