There should be a way to find out easily who deleted an instance

When creating an OAC instance it is not possible for the Cloud Admin to find out who did this.
One can follow the procedure of 2926882.1; however that only brought up idcsm as the user.
The IDCSM user is the user configured for IDCS auditing and that screen is reporting the deletion.
This is not the real user.
The real user (who was signed in through idcs) can only be determined through a SR right now (e.g. see SR 3-36195100041)
