Creating dynamic page indexes based on real-time data in an RTF template within Oracle BI Publisher
Hi Team,
We have requirement to print page index/table of content in the word document output in BI publisher report.
We are trying to print table of content in the word document output for us its how as page no 0 in the rtf output.
Is it possible to get the dynamic page indexes based on real-time data in an RTF template within Oracle BI Publisher?

Therefore the below is also not working.
1. For RTF output, the page numbers in Tables of Content are calculated by MS Word.
You can force MS Word to recalculate page numbers in Tables of Content by doing a print preview.Any suggestions.

you can try this:
- In Word, click on the FILE tab, then on Options.
- Select Display.
- Check Update fields before printing. OK out.

As suggested, I have followed the below steps still there is no luck.
I have generate the output and followed the below steps.
In Word, click on the FILE tab, then on Options Select Display. Check Update fields before printing. OK out.

For RTF output, the page numbers in Tables of Content are calculated by MS Word.
