Minor Patch Notifications and Ability to see Patch Set from Admin Console
We've recently become aware that there are minor patches applied to the environments that are off cycle and we are not notified of these. There's also no release notes posted anywhere for review of what's in these patches. In addition, we are not even able to see what patch set each of our environments is on any longer so we're not able to see if any environment is out of sync. We need to have Oracle publish this information and to provide a screen in the application console that shows the actual build info for all the OAC components. We also propose Oracle notifies us that a minor patch is going to be applied and tell us when. Without this information we're not able to tell if the patch caused and issue or if it's something else. This results is a lot of lost time researching and trying things when in fact we could have just realized a patch hasn't been applied to an environment.
