New Headcount Planning in Workforce Job level Granularity
We are looking for a solution of updating Start Date and adding new Headcount/Hire for a new/existing jobs in the middle of Plan/Forecast Year. Since the compensation calculation is based on Start date, we cant update start date for a new/existing jobs while adding new headcount/Hire. it will impact the existing headcount's salary. the compensation should be calculated from the new start date for new headcount without impacting existing headcount's compensation. hence, we need to maintain start date separately for each time we update the headcounts in the plan/forecast year and want to track the compensation separately for existing/new headcount
