Schedule via email with bursting option a BI publisher report with ETEXT layout is not funcitonal

Having a BI report with ETEXT layout and the according bursting query defined at its data model, while we are trying to schedule it via email with bursting option enable (Use Bursting Definition to Determine Output & Delivery Destination), the job is finished without success.

Alternatively when the report is scheduled without bursting option but with a specific provided email destination the job finishes successfully.

We have used schedule option of the BI Publisher for other report but with pdf or excel layouts successfully.

Is the eText layout supported ? According to documentation, the ETEXT is one of the acceptable values at the OUTPUT_FORMAT parameter of the bursting query.

If yes what may be the root cause of the issue and functionality is not working.

Note that we are using 12c BIP.
