A privilege that prevent move or copy folders from the report catalogs

Hi all,
The customer encountered an issue related to permission in the folders of reports available in the catalog, where changes were made and folders moved without proper approval, and we would like to request the creation of privileges to move and copy these folders, as there are already privileges for access and modification.
