Reports do not respond to dashboard prompts when same dashboard page works in another environment

Hi,

as my title says, I have a dashboard page which works perfectly on earlier environs, but which does not respond to change and apply of dashboard prompt - nothing happens when the button is pushed, when other tabs work fine.

This is a multiple analysis page, could my cause be memory / java heap issues, or is a catalogue corruption more likely?

Any ideas?

Hi,

the problem was as 'dumb' as the fact that the default on the prompt was not compatible with the data in that environment....
