Pie chart should able to rotate and should be allowed to set the circle size manually.

Currently Pie chart automatically resize based on Viz height and width. It is hard to customize for better display.

For better user control,

Circle should be allowed to rotate for better fit of text and values.
Circle should be allowed to resize manually for better fit of text and values.
